<職務内容>
①所属組織の担当開発領域、業務概要とR&D内における役割、ポジション
車両運動性能(操縦安定性、乗り心地)の先行開発
└他社様では実験部が操縦安定性や乗り心地の性能を取りまとめる場合が多いと聞きますが、当社は車両全体をとことん見渡して性能を設計するため、実験部署とは別に「性能設計」を専門に行う部署を設けています。
②具体的な担当業務内容と、自部署内外で期待される役割、ポジション
ドライバーが感じる乗り心地や走りの性能をどのように数値化するかを試み、サスペンション,ステアリング,タイヤ,シート,車体,パワートレイン 等、走りの性能に関わる全てのパーツや機能すべてを見通して性能設計を行います。

部長、課長、チームリーダー、担当層のチーム構成。難課題はチームを超えてアドバイス、サポートをもらいながら解いていきます。関わる部署は、実験評価部署、シャシー/車体/シートなど各部品・機能の設計部署など多方面にわたり、多くの人を巻き込んで開発を進めていくため、幅広い知識も身につきます。

・大学の理系学部を卒業していること。
・機械工学 / 振動工学 / 運動性能理論(2輪モデル)のうち、いずれかの基礎知識を持ち合わせていること
・走りの性能に興味があること、または自動車の構造、特にシャシー(足回り)システムの構造に対する知識を持ち合わせていること

・自動車会社や関連部品会社で、走りの性能に関わる部品の開発及び研究に関する実務経験(設計 or CAE or 実験いずれも可)
└タイヤ、防振ゴム等のサスペンション部品、ステアリング部品、シート部品、エアサスペンションやステアリングバイワイヤ、電制ショックアブソーバーなどのシャシー制御部品
・Matlab、Simlink、Carsim、Amesim、Nastran、ADAMSなどの解析ソフトでの実務経験
└自動車以外の制御設計経験も歓迎します。
