・年俸制 (12分割)、専門型裁量労働制
・昇給:年2回(4月、10月)
・経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規定により決定
・年俸には所定の時間外勤務手当・深夜勤務手当を含む(時間外勤務の有無に関わらず支給)

・ゲーム企画立ち上げのための市場調査やファクト調査分析実務経験
・様々なデータから提案や助言を行った経験
・KPI分析にお強みをお持ちの方

・3Dゲームタイトルでの開発、運用経験
・マーケティングやプロモーションに関する知見
・変化の多いプロジェクト状況に対応できる方
・指示待ちではなく、自発的に資料改善や提案ができる方
