仕事内容:

当社では、これまでアニメ・漫画・音声作品を中心に、様々なクリエイターと協力しながら新しいエンタメコンテンツを生み出してきました。今後のさらなる事業拡大に向けた最重要戦略として、世界最大のPCゲームプラットフォーム「Steam」を舞台とした、完全新規IPのゲーム開発プロジェクトを始動します。

その「面白さの核」を創り上げ、企画の意図を最高の形で実現するのが「開発プロデューサー」のミッションです。

本ポジションは、ディレクターの描くビジョンや企画の「想い」を、開発会社が実行可能な「仕様」へと落とし込む仕事です。

国内外の優秀な開発スタジオをパートナーとして選定し、契約から日々の折衝、そして最終的なクリエイティブ監修まで、開発現場の最前線で品質向上をリードしていただきます。

1|開発パートナー(開発会社)との折衝・リレーション構築

・プロジェクトの企画意図とクリエイティブ方針に基づき、最適な外部開発パートナーを選定。

・契約交渉、および開発スケジュールや成果物の調整・管理。

・開発会社と「二人三脚」で課題解決にあたり、強固なパートナーシップを構築します。

2|企画意図を反映した仕様書作成・伝達

・ゲームのコアメカニクスや世界観など、企画意図を正確に反映した開発仕様書を作成。

・仕様を開発会社へ正確に伝達し、認識齟齬(そご)なく開発が実行できるようディレクションします。

3|開発全体の進行・品質管理

・開発全体の進捗を把握し、マイルストーンごとに品質をチェック。

・プロジェクト進行中に発生する課題(仕様変更、技術的問題など)を迅速に特定し、解決に導きます。

4|クリエイティブの監修・品質向上サポート

・ゲームのクリエイティブ(アート、サウンド、シナリオなど)の方向性について開発会社と密に連携。

・ゲームの「面白さ」と「品質」を最大化するため、プロデューサー視点での監修と改善提案を行います。

求める人材:

【必須経験】

・ゲーム開発経験がある方(3年以上目安)。

・開発会社との折衝、開発進行、仕様書作成ができる方。

【歓迎する経験】

・新規IPのゲーム開発プロジェクトに立ち上げから携わったご経験。

・開発会社(ベンダー)の選定や契約交渉の実務経験。

・Steamプラットフォームでのリリース経験。

・ビジネスレベルの英語力(国内外のスタジオと連携するため)。

・クリエイターや開発チームと二人三脚で、リスペクトを持って良い作品を生み出すのが好きな方。

・自身の企画やアイデアを、論理的な仕様(ドキュメント)に落とし込むのが得意な方。

・高いコミュニケーション能力を持ち、社内外の多様な関係者を巻き込んでプロジェクトを推進できる方。

・ゲーム、アニメ、漫画など、エンタメ・IP領域に強い情熱をお持ちの方。

・最後まで責任を持ち、プロジェクトと作品の完成にコミットできる方。

勤務時間・曜日:

月40~80時間程度の稼働を想定(それ以上も歓迎、相談可)

└平日週3日以上、日中のコアタイム(11:00~15:00)に稼働可能な方

└副業OKなので現職との両立が可能

└リモートと出社のハイブリットを想定
