美容関連のリーディングカンパニーである当社は創業94年の歴史をもつ美の総合商社。

ディーラー(代理店)に対して、美容室・理容室のニーズに合った商品を提案する営業職です。

数多くの商品から個々のディーラーに合った商材をおすすめする営業スタイルのため、裁量をもって仕事ができます。

既存顧客を中心としたルート営業で、商品紹介・キャンペーン提案・情報提供により、ディーラーとサロンの売上に貢献していく仕事です。

【具体的には】

  • 美容ディーラーへの企画営業

取り扱う商材はドライヤー、ハサミ、シャンプー台、カット椅子など、美容室・理容室に必要なアイテムがほぼ全て揃うラインナップです。商品の特長を理解したうえで、季節やトレンドに合わせた企画提案を行います。

  • ディーラー訪問・サロンのフォロー

訪問は直行スタイル。

・新商品の紹介

・おすすめ商材に関するキャンペーンの案内

・売上アップにつながる情報提供

などを行います。

  • 付帯業務(営業として重要な役割)

・在庫確認

・集金、与信管理

・見積作成、提案資料作成

なども担当します。

  • 出張について

担当地域によって、数日間の出張~日帰り出張までさまざま。多くのサロンや代理店と関われるため、視野が広がり営業として成長できる環境です。

  • 入社後は、導入研修(テーマ:商品知識・業界理解・営業基礎)を受け、先輩同行などのOJTの後に独り立ちとなります。

  • 月1回の新商品勉強会

商品の特長や強みを理解し、より効果的な提案ができるようになります。

基本給:月給 19万3000円 〜

固定残業代:なし

1ヶ月あたり6万8000円 〜
