Business Overview

The Marketing Division leads brand, creative, marketing, and membership as a cross-group organization with a mission to expand Rakuten Group's membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services.

Department Overview

Organizational Strategy Office promotes the creation of an environment to maximize the organizational capacity of the Marketing Division in order to promote cross-group activities in the marketing domain.

Business Management Section has specialized teams in the areas of human resource organization, PL budget, and organization-wide business process planning, and works with various organizations inside and outside the Marketing Division.

Organizational Strategy Office, in collaboration with stakeholders inside and outside the Marketing Division, will increase the number of employees to strengthen its efforts to address this challenge.

Position Details

You will be entrusted with the planning and execution of productivity improvement measures, mainly through business process improvement in the Marketing Division, as well as the planning and execution of group-wide marketing efficiency improvement measures as a cross-organization of the group.

This role will involve setting issues and leading projects of various sizes in cooperation with the organization managers and execution teams inside and outside the Marketing Division.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Experience in a consulting firm or business planning department (at least 2 years)

Experience in project management involving 5 or more members

Experience in managing diverse business KPIs

Desired Qualifications:

Skills to identify challenges and opportunities on one's own

Experience in building consensus with diverse stakeholders

Communication skills to value collaboration and teamwork with members of diverse talents
