職務内容
· 肺高血圧領域における新製品上市マーケティング戦略、マーケティング戦略に沿ったブランド価値を最大化する実行プラン立案と実行
· 市場分析、HCP・PatientなどStakeholderのインサイトを踏まえた短期、中長期戦略の策定
· オムニチャネルを駆使した効率的なプロモーション戦略リソース配分計画の検討・展開
· P/LのAccountabilityを持ち、売上予測、経費計画とその管理
· 売上目標達成に向けた適切なKPI設定とトラッキングおよび分析・課題抽出
· 他部門に跨る社内ステークホルダやグローバルチームとのコラボレーション、クロスファンクショナルチームのリード、プロジェクトリード、プロジェクトマネジメント、KOLマネジメントとエンゲージメント
· シニアマネージャーに向けた提案のための資料作成とプレゼンテーション
