仕事内容:

モビリティ業界のポータルサイトを運営3年連続300%成長

中古車の一括査定サービス「CTN車一括査定」をはじめ、バイク一括査定・車販売のポータルサイトの運営や

電動バイクブランド「MANGOSTEEN」の販売。など様々なサービスの広告戦略の立案から実行までお任せいたします。

自社媒体では業界初のAIを導入し、モビリティ業界に新たな風を起こす為、日々奮闘しております。

また、当社ではお客様の広告運用のご支援も行っている為、自社媒体での知見をクライアントへの展開も可能です。

①広告戦略の立案・推進

・事業目標に基づいた広告戦略の策定

・媒体ごとのパフォーマンス分析と適切なチャネルの選定

・流入元ごとの予算配分設計およびROI最大化の戦略立案

・広告代理店やメディア、クライアントとの関係構築・交渉

②データ分析・広告最適化

・Google AnalyticsやMicrosoft Clarity、BigQueryを活用したデータ分析

・ユーザー行動分析をもとにしたマーケティング施策の策定

・KPIの設計とモニタリング、広告効果の定量・定性分析

③広告クリエイティブの戦略策定・ディレクション

・クリエイティブの検証・改善戦略の立案

・LPO(ランディングページ最適化)の計画・実行

※社内に制作、デザイナー、コンテンツ担当がおりますので連携して効果検証を進めます。

特に決まりはございませんが、現在はリスティング、SNS、アフィリエイトを中心に

様々な媒体へ配信を行っております。

インハウスではありながら、幅広い経験を積むことが可能です。

・必須条件

  • デジタル広告(リスティング広告・SNS・アフィリエイト)の実務運用経験2年以上

  • Web マーケティングに関する戦略を立案し、実行する能力

・歓迎条件

  • LPOの経験

  • 記事LPの運用経験

  • アフィリエイターの経験

  • コンサルティングの経験

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~19:00

※8時間勤務(休憩1時間)

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(休日は土日祝日)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥57,000〜¥95,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給 280,000円 ~ 500,000円

※上記額には固定残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

※経験などを考慮のうえで決定
