【仕事内容】

■業務内容

・FAやWCS/WESの設計・開発・導入(顧客へのシステム提案~導入まで全工程をチームで分担)

・開発は案件毎に2~5名のチーム編成。

(エンジニアとしての総合力向上ができるよう、個人スキルに合わせて担当を決定しています)

・自動化システムを企業毎にフルオーダーで構築。

システムはお客様ごとにカスタマイズされており、すべて自社内で開発します。

(派遣・SES・業務委託は使わず、すべて自分たちだけで開発)

・現場調査・納品フェーズではクライアント先に訪問することが多いです。

大型案件の場合、長期(3ヶ月程度)での参画となる場合もあります。

・基本開発案件のみ。保守案件もありますが一部です。

■期待する役割

・まずは1~2年程度、今動いている開発案件の開発・テストから携わっていただきます。弊社案件の特性をつかみながら、開発メンバーとしてぜひ力を発揮してください。

・その後、PL/PMとして顧客との折衝や仕様設計、チームマネジメントなど、組織の中核メンバーとして活躍してくれることを期待しています。

【求める人材】

【必須】

・何らかのシステム開発経験 実務5年以上

・C# C SQL PL/SQL のいずれか 実務3年以上

【歓迎】

・シーケンス制御の知見がある方

・顧客折衝・顧客対応の経験がある方

・チームマネジメント経験のある方

【給与】

年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
