■職務内容:
生産施設、研究施設、商業施設、オフィスビル等の建築プロジェクトや施設のファシリティマネジメント等における課題を持つ企業に対してコンサルティングを行い、CMの活用メリットをお伝えしながらプロジェクトパートナーとしての信頼を構築します。プロジェクトの構想段階から深く携わり発注者の真の目的を明確にし、課題解決を支援しながらプロジェクト成功の道筋を描いていきます。
※リピート、紹介、HPからのお問合せ等反響営業が中心です。テレアポや飛込みによるアプローチは行っていません。
■就業環境
入社時に貸与されるノートPCとiPhoneを使って、どこでも業務ができるセキュリティ環境を整えています。「出社は週1回以上」「顧客のプロジェクト最優先」というルールのもと、働く場所として自宅・オフィスをその都度選択でき、時にはシェアオフィスも活用しながら効率よく働くことが推奨されています。1日に出社している人数は全体の2割程度と、十分にテレワークが定着している会社です。顧客先で対面の打合...

■ゼネコンや設計事務所にて、RC造/S造非住宅建築物における意匠設計業務の実務経験
■ゼネコンにて、都市開発案件のようなコンサルに近い営業業務の実務経験(工事の営業は対象外)
■コンサル業界にて、営業やコンサルティング業務の実務経験
■CM業界にて、営業やプロジェクトマネジメント業務の実務経験
