【HR業務】
ワークフォースアナリストのサポートのもと、以下の業務を行って頂きます。
・日々の従業員の勤怠に関わるデータ抽出ならびにデータ作成
・日々の従業員の出欠確認
・日々のシフト時間に基づく要員把握
・配置表の作成
・シフト変更ならびに申し出の手続き
・労働力確保に向けた派遣会社との調整ならびにコーディネーション
・新入社員向けの勤怠システムに関するトレーニング
・各種人事関連届出サポート
・採用活動サポート
【総務業務】
■総務、オフィスマネージメント業務
・事務用品管理、発注業務
・電話応対
・社内美化の企画、運営
・掲示物/ポスターの作成およびアナウンス業務
・社内カイゼン活動の事務局業務
・社内システムを使用した請求書処理、発注記録管理等
■ゼネラルマネージャーのサポート業務
・スケジューリング/Meetingの設定/出張の手配等
■社内イベントの企画・運営サポート業務
毎月のバースデー、ディナーパーティー企画、季節の催し物
■来客対応業務
・ビジター来社時の応対
■サイトの安全衛生管理に関するサポート業務

オペレーション部門のDEIの取り組み(Japanese Only)
Basic Qualifications:
- 社会人経験3年以上
- エクセルスキル中級以上(VLOOKUP、ピボットは必須)
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力
Preferred Qualifications:
- 20名以上のシフト作成及び調整経験を1年以上(対象はアルバイトでも可)
- 総務実務経験
- 職場の環境改善経験
- 人材派遣会社との実務経験
- メールのやり取りや案内文の作成ができる程度の英語力(読み書きがメイン)
- 物流または製造業での現場、事務経験があれば尚可
- 通常会話程度の英会話ができれば尚可
- 英文メールの読み書きができれば尚可
