BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
The Manager, Player Development manages & develop mass patrons to premium patrons. The Manager, Player Development also manages to provide a seamless services to premium patron.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Develop the new and existing mass patron(s) into the premium patron(s) with higher contribution and better frequency of visitation, based on a designated KPI/target.
Embrace company's product and service knowledge.
Manage and build professional relationship with patron(s). Manage patron(s) request on complimentary.
Conduct telemarketing to new and potential patron(s), including cold calls.
Invite patron(s) for company organized events, dinners, promotion, tournament, etc.
Coordinate with the related departments on the patron(s) arrangement confirmation, such as hotel reservations, restaurant arrangement, entertainment arrangement, transportation arrangement, etc.
Comprehend HALo (company's Patron Management System), FusionEx (company's Gaming Slot System) and CRM (company's Customer Relationship Management System).Understand "One Card" system implementation plan.
Manage team performance and strict compliance on the company's service standard.
Ensure team abide by Company's SOP and PAGCOR regulatory and compliance requirement.
Ensure the achievement of the assigned sales target.
Deliver excellent service and maximize customer experience by understanding and meeting their expectations during their stay or visit in the property.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education Requirement:
University / College diploma in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years managerial experience in the field of Sales or Business Development in gaming industry.
Proven Sales record preferably in gaming industry.
Skills and Attributes:
Good presentation, and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Demonstrate effective verbal & written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Japanese language
