Molex is seeking an analytical, results-driven, and contribution-motivated individual to join our Consumer and Commercial Solutions (CCS) divisional FP&A team. In this role, you will assess historical and forward-looking financial performance, analyze variances and trends, identify risks and opportunities, and effectively communicate business insights to support strategic decision-making.

You will work closely with division leadership to provide clear, data-driven clarity into our financial results. Based in Minato Mirai, Japan, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams across the globe, gaining exposure to dynamic markets and building an international career. As an FP&A Analyst within our CCS division, you will drive actionable financial insights and contribute to the continuous growth of a truly global business.

What You Will Do

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including comprehensive variance and trend analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and dashboards to support scenario planning and forecasting.
• Identify key business risks and opportunities by analyzing financial and operational data; communicate insights and recommendations to division leadership.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Champion process improvements and automation efforts to streamline reporting and enable faster, data-driven decision-making.
• Support the annual planning and forecasting cycle with detailed financial analysis and planning.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or finance-related roles within global organizations.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (including financial modeling), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Communication: Business fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Personal Attributes: Collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, self-motivated, adaptable, and driven by mutually beneficial contribution and transformation.
• Fluency in English and business level Japanese

What Will Put You Ahead

• Advanced degree or professional certification (MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent).
• Experience in global manufacturing or technology sectors, with exposure to diverse financial reporting and accounting standards.
• Proven track record working with international stakeholders and multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in finance, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
