職務内容
- 財務分析、月次レポーティング、予算/見通し管理
- 部門とのコミュニケーションを通じた情報収集・数値精査
- 売上・利益要因分析(顧客別・製品別・コスト構造など)
- 年次予算策定プロセスのサポートおよび管理
- FP&Aシステム導入やデジタル化プロジェクトの推進
- 経営層向け資料作成、意思決定を支援するアドホック分析
理想の人材
- 必須:
- FP&A、管理会計、または財務分析の実務経験
- Excelによるデータ分析スキル
- 英語:読み書きレベル(メール対応可能であれば可)
- 歓迎条件:
- ERP/BIツール(SAP、Power BI等)の使用経験
- 製造業での分析経験
- FP&Aマネジメント経験
- 財務系資格(ACCA、会計学位など歓迎)
条件・待遇
- 年収:〜15,000,000円(経験により Senior FP&A〜FP&A Manager までタイトル・年収を調整)
- 勤務地:関東エリア(詳細非公開)
- ハイブリッド勤務の可能性あり
