主に欧米やオーストラリアのBtoBクライアント(旅行代理店・企業)を対象に、訪日旅行のプランニングおよび運営を行っています。

従業員15名の会社で、地方自治体や観光協会のインバウンド推進事業も数多く受託。

日本のアドベンチャートラベル業界で30年以上の経験を持つマイクと、ニュージーランド政府観光局でマーケティングの実績を積んだシャノンが設立し、日本のアドベンチャートラベルを牽引するリーディングカンパニーとして実績を重ねています。

仕事内容

・ ツアー予約手配・運営管理(宿泊・交通・アクティビティのコーディネート)

・ 旅行客の現地サポート

・ 旅行商品の企画・造成のアシスタント

スキル・資格

・ ビジネスレベルの英語ライティングスキル

・ PCでの基本的な作業(メール・Excel・スプレッドシートなど)

・ 細部への高い注意力(金額や日付など、正確性が求められる情報を慎重に扱える能力)

・ コミュニケーション能力と調整力

・ 自主的に考え、問題解決できる力

※日本国籍以外の方は、居住証明と有効な就労ビザが必須

業務内容

業務内容は以下となります。

【1. 旅行手配・予約業務(メイン業務)】

・ ホテル、交通機関、アクティビティ等の予約手配

・ サプライヤーとの価格交渉・条件確認

・ 手配に関わるコスト管理・支払い管理

・ 予約内容の最終確認(リコンファーム)

【2. 旅行商品に関する基本的なサポート業務】

・ クライアントの要望に基づく旅程案の調整サポート

・ 見積書の作成補助

・ 請求書の作成サポート

【3. 旅行客・クライアント対応】

・ 滞在中の緊急対応

・ 予約や旅程変更リクエストへの対応

・ サプライヤー・クライアントとの日常的な連絡調整

・通勤手当(基本はリモートですが、ミーティングの際の交通費は全額支給いたします。)

・有給休暇あり(労働基準法に基づく)

付与日数:「入社6か月後に、勤務日数に応じた年次有給休暇が付与されます。(例:週5日勤務の場合、初年度10日)」
