NRIのITマネジメントコンサルティングは、企業の競争優位を築くために、CxOの参謀として、ヒト、モノ、カネ、リスク、データ、AIといった経営観点から、デジタル変革や情報システム運営の実現を支援します。

■業務内容一例

・デジタル/IT戦略・中期経営計画の策定・実行支援

・デジタル/ITガバナンスの構築・実行支援

・AIガバナンスの構築・実行支援

・デジタル/IT運営機能・組織の変革支援(IT子会社の構造改革、新組織設立)

・デジタル/IT人材戦略立案・育成計画・実行支援

・デジタル/IT投資・コスト管理手法の構築支援

・グループ/グローバルでのデジタル/ITガバナンス・運営体制の構築支援

・エンタープライズアーキテクチャの構想支援(ビジネス、組織、アプリケーション、データ、インフラを総合的に検討)

・業務改革/システム化構想・計画、調達支援

・大規模システム開発の統合マネジメント、品質監理支援

・システム開発・保守、システム運用業務・プロセスの改善

・IT組織/IT子会社の組織文化改革支援

<実務経験5年以上の方>

■企業のデジタル変革(DX)やIT組織変革をリーダーとして完遂した経験

■情報戦略や情報化に関する中長期計画の立案にて中心的な役割を果たした経験

■デジタル/ITに関する予算/コスト管理、人材育成、ITに関するリスク管理、データマネジメント等の各種マネジメントの実践経験

■デジタルビジネスやデジタルサービスの企画・開発にて中心的な役割を果たした経験

【給与】

760万円~1600万円

※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の給与・スキル・経験等を考慮の上、当社規定により決定致します。 ※メンバー職はフレックスタイム制を適用(コアタイム10:00~15:00、1日7:30労働)
