Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 住宅型有料老人ホーム ふわふわ(定員33室・平均介護度3.8)での介護のお仕事です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. お出かけの支援などの生活サポート、利用者の食事や配膳、動作などの補助、フロアの清掃、利用者の見守りや介助などの夜間業務、レクリエーション運営などを行います。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 未経験OKお人柄とやる気を重視した採用です。資格は介護職員初任者研修修了者が必須ですが、経験は問いません。

A. 主婦・主夫の方、ブランクのある方も歓迎しています。夜勤体制は介護職2名(夜勤1・宿直1)で安心して働けます。

時間外労働の有無に関わらず8時間分を支給。

超過分は別途支給。

・夜勤手当:5,000円/回(月4~5回 / 月給には4回予定で算出)

・宿直手当:3,100円/日(月2回)

・通勤手当:上限あり 30,000円/月(実費支給)

・昇給:1月あたり 2,000円~10,000円(前年度実績)
