「 地盤解析・土木構造設計エンジニア」のポジションの求人です

【職務内容】

(1)土木構造解析

橋梁、鉄道、発電施設、プラント、インフラ関連施設などの構造物に関連する解析コンサルティング

(2)地盤解析

地震時の揺れ・構造物との相互作用・地すべり・土砂崩れ・液状化、近接施工の影響、浸透流の影響など、地盤に関連する解析コンサルティング

【主要取引先】

大手ゼネコン・大手土木系コンサル・大手インフラ系会社・大手設計事務所・電力会社・公的研究機関

【やりがい】

・顧客範囲が限定されておらず、ロイヤルカスタマだけでなく、様々な顧客・業界との出会いを創出できます。

・地盤解析/土木構造解析に関するコンサルティングエンジニアだけでなく社内には他分野・広範囲のエンジニアが在籍しており、新たなイノベーションを生み出せる場があります。

・業務遂行だけでなく、大学、研究機関と連携した先端の技術への研究的な取り組みも勧奨されています。

【難しさ】

・(やりがいの反対で)顧客範囲が限定されていないため、出会いの創出への積極的な関わりが必要となります。

・顧客とのコミュニケーションの中から新しい差別化のタネを見つけることが多く、教え・教えられる良好な関係を維持できるスキルが求められます。

【給与】

年収 650 ~ 1000 万円

上記年収は賞与等全て考慮し含んだものです。

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
