Amazonでは日本のAmazon Logistics (AMZL)チームのデリバリーステーション・オペレーションマネージャーを募集しています。AMZLのゴールはお客様に荷物をお届けする物流の最後の区間、ラストマイルにおいて、世界水準のオペレーションを構築することです。Amazonではお客様により速く、正確に、そして効果的な方法でお届けすることで、お客様の期待を上回るサービスを提供することに重点的に取り組んでおり、日本でもAMZLが急速に拡大しています。
デリバリーステーション(DS)のオペレーションマネージャーは、出入荷、ソートオペレーションに対する責任を負い、大きな裁量を任される仕事です。センター長の右腕として、マネージャーレベルの部下を持ち、ソート(仕分け)やディスパッチ(配送ドライバーへの荷物の引き渡し)のオペレーションを指揮します。また、DSで働くメンバーのエンゲージメントを高め、日々のオペレーションの目標を確実に遂行することに加え、さらなる高みを目指してオペレーションの改善や新しいサービスの導入を進めていく改善スキル、推進力が期待されています。
Key job responsibilities
【具体的な業務内容】
・ソートおよびディスパッチオペレーションのリードおよび監督
・シフト全体の安全性、品質、パフォーマンス、カスタマーサービス向上
・組織の方針と手順に従っての監督責任
・オペレーション目標の達成、および、それを上回る成果の実現
・物量等の予測に基づく、戦略的な計画立案、パフォーマンスの評価、問題の解決および人材配置に関するニーズへの対応
・チームメンバーのキャリア向上、指導、トレーニングおよび育成
・Learning and Talent Developmentチームとのパートナーシップにより、人材の獲得、パフォーマンスとキャリア開発、育成、サクセッションプランに関する計画の立案と実行
・シフトとネットワーク全体にわたってのベストプラクティスの創出・展開

※こちらの職種は日勤帯を中心としたシフト勤務(土日祝日含む交替制勤務)となりますが、職務遂行上必要な場合には夜勤帯で勤務していただく場合もございます。

Basic Qualifications
- 人・物・金の流れを数値や指標にて管理・向上させる経験3年以上
- 管理職経験(評価、人材育成の経験等)
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験(プロジェクト規模は問わない・多部門横断型プロジェクト等)
- ビジネスレベル(読み書き会話)の日本語力もしくは英語力
Preferred Qualifications
- 製造・物流・小売において人・物・金の流れを数値や指標にて管理・向上させる経験5年以上
- 間接マネジメント(管理職やチームリーダーを通じたマネジメント)経験
- マネージャー/リーダーの育成経験
- 繁忙期に複数名のパート、アルバイトと働いた経験
- 工学、経営、または関連分野の学位やMBA
- 変化する優先順位に対処し、的確な判断を行う能力
- 日本語・英語のバイリンガルスキル
- エクセルVBAやパワークエリなどのデータ処理スキル
