人気エリア福岡都市圏で「分譲住宅事業」「不動産流通・受託販売事業」を展開している当社にて、

自社ブランド『iDEA』シリーズなどにおける用地仕入れ業務をお任せします。

■主な業務内容:

・売却予定地の調査

・不動産業者とのコミュニケーション

・仕入交渉

・現地確認

・建築企画、事業計画の立案

◎目標は全社で年間100棟です。それに合わせて仕入れ担当は1人あたり年間15区画を目標としています。

◎顧客との商談や業務の効率化を図るために、最新のビジネスツールを活用。ストレスフリーな仕事環境であるため、

営業活動に専念することができます。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥367,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥33,000〜¥49,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
