エンジニア組織の部長・マネージャー/定年70歳/【東証プライム上場企業のグループ会社】

【仕事内容】

部のマネジメント及び、複数の顧客とリレーションを継続・構築しながら、当組織の規模拡大に貢献いただきます。部長またはマネージャーポジションです。

具体的には、

・部門(Division)全体における組織設計

・新規顧客対応におけるチーム組成

・部門収支管理、改善(売上、粗利、コスト)

・人員計画立案、人材リソース調達、採用活動

・新規/既存の顧客への提案活動

・グループ長のマネジメント

  • マネジメント対象

・Div長(部長):200名~400名

・グループ長(マネージャー):は30-50名

年収:701~1200 万円 年俸制 月給584490円 基本給:399400円年俸の1/12を毎月支給残業代:固定残業代制 固定残業時間:45時間固定残業代:151090円 超過分は全額支給一律(固定)手当:ライフプラン手当 34000円通勤手当:あり 実費支給(上限なし)賞与:なし昇給:あり 年2回

【募集背景】

同社は組織拡大における部門新設を行いました。3,4グループを束ねる部門(同社ではDivisionと呼んでいます)の部門長を募集いたします。

(マネジメント対象200名~400名)Divisionにはエンジニア組織と営業組織が含まれ、上長である本部長や担当のHRBP等の他部署と連携し事業推進・拡大を図っていただくことがミッションです。
