法人向けオンラインショップのサポートセンターにてチームマネージャーの募集です。

センターの運営やスタッフの育成・管理をお任せします。

英語スキル、マネジメント力を活かしてセンターを一緒に作りませんか。

~ 具体的には ~

【主な業務内容】

  • センター全体の運営管理
  • KPIおよびチーム全体のパフォーマンス管理
  • パフォーマンス改善に向けた分析、アクション計画、実行
  • プロジェクト運営に関わるクライアントとのコミュニケーション(会議・会議外)
  • クライアント向け提出資料・プレゼン資料の作成
  • オペレーターのパフォーマンス改善(分析・コーチング・フィードバック)
  • 新規案件の進捗管理と品質監督
  • オペレーター・管理者からのエスカレーション対応、他部署との連携
  • 管理者(TL/TM候補)の人材育成
  • コンプライアンス管理および管理部門との連携
  • 実施項目に基づく配下メンバーのパフォーマンス評価
  • キャパシティの予測とリソースプランニング
  • 採用面接の実施
  • 勤怠管理などのピープルマネジメント

【必要経験・スキル】

・ビジネスレベルの英語力(英語での会議・交渉・プレゼンが可能であること)

・Microsoft製品・サービスの使用経験

・カスタマーサポートまたはセールス領域での実務経験

・サポートセンターにおけるリーダー / マネージャー経験

・Direct Sales・Lead Generation の運用知識

・トレーナー・コーチとの連携による組織改善経験

・クライアントビジネスへの強い情熱とオーナーシップ

・メンバーへ粘り強く誠意をもって向き合う姿勢

・カスタマーサポートまたはセールス領域での実務経験がある方

・サポートセンターにおけるリーダー / マネージャー経験がある方

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

  • 勤務時間:8:55~17:55(実働8時間)
  • 休憩:60分

土日祝休みで長期休暇もあるので

家庭やプライベートと両立してご就業可能です

基本給:月給 30万円 〜 38万円

固定残業代:なし

(一律手当を含む)

※残業が発生した際は時間外手当あり (1分単位で支給)

交通費:通勤交通費全額支給
