(派遣時の交通費は時給に含まれています)

月収例:21.8万円ほど可能

【お仕事内容】

オークションサイトのカスタマーサポート

およびバックオフィス業務を行う窓口の

管理者候補を募集します。

~業務内容~

  • 窓口業務

・オークション出品商品の審査

・利用者からの問い合わせ対応(メール/チャット)

・ECサイトの運営サポート

・チャリティオークションの運営サポート

  • 管理者業務

・エスカレーション

・スタッフ育成

・報告書の作成 など

まずは窓口業務からスタートし、担当部署

がどのような業務を行っているのか実際に

体験していただきます。

その後、段階的に管理者業務(リーダーSV)

をお任せします。
