【仕事内容】

■システム建築における建築部材の調達企画及び技術開発を担当いただきます。

〈技術開発〉

システム建築部材の開発業務全般を企画~実行までご担当いただきます。

・営業、製造管理の技術支援

・商品開発(新部材、各種システム)

・技術開発、施工技術支援

・各種技術資料改訂改善

・協力業者指導、支援/管理

〈調達企画〉

新たに開発するシステム建築部材の委託先開拓/選定~調達実務までご担当いただきます。

・調達戦略立案、推進

・調達業務統括(標準単価、製造委託先調達、新規調達先開拓)

・建築工事案件支援業務

【入社後のキャリアパス】

システム建築部材のプロジェクトマネジメント業務(営業支援、設計支援、調達業務、施工支援)をご担当いただきます。

将来的にはチーム長としてご活躍いただくことを期待しています。

【求める人材】

【必須(MUST)】

・1級建築施工管理技士を保有されている方

・建築施工管理のご経験をお持ちの方

・現場所長経験をお持ちの方

【給与】

万円

■上記給与は月平均の残業時間分を含んだ想定額となります。別途対象者には社宅有。
