【お任せするのは…】

上質食材を使った和食の調理業務全般。

本格的な技術を学びながら、現場で即戦力として活躍していただきます。

◆ 具体的には

・仕込みや食材カット、下準備

・営業中の調理

・メニュー開発や試作への参加

・調理場の清掃、器具のメンテナンス

・提供時の簡単な接客サポート

調理スキルだけでなく、「目の前のお客様に満足してもらう」という気持ちを大切にしているお店です。

カウンター越しに、お客様の反応を直接感じられる環境が魅力です。
