・Excelとメールベースでのマニュアルデータ入力リレーの解消(分析、企画から実装支援まで)上記プラットフォームも活用(限定はせず)

多数のツールを比較検討してローコードやノーコード開発を行って頂きます。

◎求める人物像:ウォーターフォール開発とアジャイル開発の違いを意識してツール開発、POC検証出来る方。大中規模プロジェクトに関わってきた方。グローバルでの経験があれば尚可。

プロジェクトはベンダー含めて2、3名の規模を見る事が一部ありますが、基本的には担当レベル(調査役)をイメージしております。

【求める人材】

【必須】※上場企業、もしくは上場企業向けに、以下の経験を有する方

1)BPR/RPA等効率化案件の提案・企画、実装に3年以上PM/BA(ビジネスアナリティクス)として従事されてきた方

2)システムプロジェクトの工程(Water Fall、Agile双方)の要諦を理解した上での実務経験3)ツールの検討・検証、利用枠組み構築、研修実施

4)大-中規模プロジェクトで利害関係の異なる複数部署とまとめる経験3年以上

5)以下のいずれか

・国内外での金融機関でのシステム導入経験

・Global でのシステム導入経験

【歓迎】

・Anaplan、 Outsystems、 Pega を使った施策推進経験

【給与】

700万円~1100万円
