自社サービスの入会申込~請求書発行までを行うバックオフィスシステムの運用保守
チームメンバや外部ベンダー様と協力しながら以下実施頂きます。
【職務内容】
■各種システムの稼働確認や仕様調査、障害対応などの保守作業
■不具合対応や機能追加における要件定義~リリースまでの作業
■新規事業立ち上がりの際の業務構築、ならびにシステム構築(業務フローの検討や作成、ツールを用いた開発作業を含みます)
■各種統制対応に準じたシステム設計運用
■関連する社内他部署(事業部門、営業部門、システム部門 等)との調整
■業務委託先との交渉、作業管理 など
【体制】
事業支援部 業務支援グループの「業務企画チーム」への配属です。
業務企画チームは3名体制です。
【部署の紹介】
本ポジションを募集する部署では、お申し込みから利用開始やご請求までの一連の業務フロー設計を担っています。
弊社は次々と新規事業を立ち上げており、それらの事業でも利用者入会手続きから請求書発行までのバックオフィス業務が必須となります。すでに既存サービスで仕組みはあるものの、新規事業拡大に向け、改善など様々な課題もあります。今までの経験を活かして是非、新規サービスのためのプロセスの構築、既存のプロセスの見直し、などでご活躍いただきたいと考えています。
【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■業務系システムSEまたはPM経験 3年以上
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 700 万円
賞与:夏、冬、期末
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります

10:00~19:00
