【お仕事内容】電車・航空機部品などの図面に沿って製品した「鋳物」や「金属」の加工

  • コンピュータ制御機械を使って、加工(穴あけ・平面削り・側面加工など)
  • 工具を使ったバリ取り作業
  • 洗浄
  • 梱包・出荷業務作業

★メインの機械加工は、独り立ちするまで1~2年かけてじっくりと学習(他は数カ月で習得OK)

★マニュアル完備&手厚い先輩フォローもあるので、安心してスタートできます◎

★ゆくゆくは、生産技術や管理職まで目指せて収入UPも♪

★3Dデータを活用して複雑な形状にも対応しているため、幅広い分野で製造しています。毎日「飽きない」のが特徴です◎

~ 1日の流れ ~

  • 07:30 始業 環境整備&朝礼
  • 08:00 作業スタート機械加工業務(10時台に小休憩あり)
  • 12:20 お昼休憩♪
  • 13:00 午後の作業スタート機械加工を続けます(15時台に小休憩あり)
  • 15:10 バリ取りまたは洗浄・梱包
  • 16:00 翌日の作業準備
  • 16:30 お疲れ様でした★

⇒1日のうち、6時間ほど加工作業+残りは翌日の段取り確認や準備を行います◎

・三木・小野インターを降りて約30分 (山陽自動車道)

給与:

◆昇給1回(4月)

◆賞与年2回(7月、12月)
