本ポジションでは、
国内品質管理業務運営責任者
としてQMS体制を構築・運用し、開発や薬事と連携しながら製品の信頼性向上をリードします。
将来的には、
グローバル規格対応や品質戦略全体の統括など、品質保証領域のハイレイヤーへキャリアを広げることが可能
です。
仕事内容
- 経営陣および薬事チームと協力し、QMSの日々の活動を管理・推進
- 国内品質管理業務運営責任者として、社内外の監査や検査における関連部門をサポート
具体的な業務内容
- QMS体制構築と実行
- 人員配置計画の策定・管理
- 内部監査・外部監査対応
- SOP作成・管理
- 教育・研修の企画・実施管理
- 変更管理、評価、監視・指導
- プロセス監視・管理
- リスクマネジメント
- 品質目標設定・管理
- マネジメントレビュー
- 医療機器開発エンジニア(アウトソース含む)とのコミュニケーション、活動リード
応募資格:
必須要件
- 薬機法、厚生労働省令に基づく「国内品質業務運営責任者」の要件を満たしている方
- 理学、医学、工学、またはそれに類する分野の学位
- ISO 13485 / ISO 14971 / IEC 62304 の知識および3年以上の運用経験
- 医療機器(特にSaMD)のQMS実務経験3年以上

- 年俸制: 800万~
- 昇給:年2回
- 交通費全額支給

- 東京都内オフィス、または愛知県内オフィス
- 勤務時間:9:00~18:00(フレックス・リモート応相談)
