大阪のビジネス中心地に位置する、

都市型展示場・貸会議室です。

昭和62年の開館以来、38年にわたり、

年間約300件もの催事を支え、

大阪の経済・文化交流の

拠点として、親しまれてきました。

1日に1万5千人以上を収容できる

大規模な展示ホールから、

少人数の会議室までを備え、

あらゆるニーズに応えられる

    あなたにお任せするのは、

    この「マイドームおおさか」を舞台に、

    催事を成功へと導くための

    **「誘致営業」**と**「運営管理」**です。

**誘致営業**

単なる"場所貸し"ではありません。

お客様(主催者様)が、

どのような催事を実現したいのか、

その目的や課題を深くヒアリングし、

マイドームおおさかだからこそできる

最高のプランを提案します。

* **既存顧客へのフォロー**

既にご利用いただいている

企業、イベント会社、旅行会社など

定期的にコンタクトを取り、

次回の開催に向けた

関係構築を行います。

(リピート率は約8割)

* **休眠顧客へのアプローチ**

過去にご利用いただいたお客様へ

再度アプローチし、

新たな催事開催の

きっかけを創ります。

* **新規開拓・プロモーション**

Webサイトや広告などを通じて

マイドームおおさかの魅力を発信し、

新たな利用者を獲得します。

* **東京出張営業**

東京の企業・団体による利用も多いため、

2ヶ月に1回程度、3泊4日ほどの

東京出張を行い、

直接、関係構築を図ります。

**運営管理**

契約が決まったら、

催事が当日、スムーズに、

そして安全に開催されるよう、

あらゆる準備と調整を行います。

* **主催者様との事前打ち合わせ**

会場レイアウト、必要な備品、

当日のスケジュールなどを

詳細に確認・調整します。

* **関係業者との連携**

設営会社、警備会社、

ケータリング業者など、

多くの協力会社と連携し、

準備を進めます。

* **当日の運営サポート**

来場者のご案内、館内巡回、

トラブル対応など、

催事が円滑に進むよう

現場をサポートします。

* **撤収・事後対応**

催事終了後の会場整理や、

主催者様へのフォローを行います。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり19日 〜 20日

【1か月単位の勤務】

①8:00~16:30

(昼休憩11:00~12:00)

②9:15~17:45

(昼休憩12:15~13:15)

③11:30~20:00

(昼休憩14:30~15:30)

④13:30~22:00

(昼休憩16:30~17:30)

※通常:①②③のローテーション

  • 対応が必要なイベント開催時のみ

④を含めた勤務時間となります。

休日休暇

  • シフト勤務

当月の土日祝の日数を休暇とし振り分けます。

例;2025/11 休暇数12日

給与詳細


基本給:月給 21万8000円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※給与改定:年1回(4月:契約更新時)

※インセンティブ年2回
