【仕事内容】
先行開発から製品設計・評価まで、クルマに携わる幅広い業務を行っています。それぞれのテーマの中では、市場要求の分析から製品仕様を策定にはじまり、それらの仕様に基づいたソフトウェアの設計、コーディング、車両評価など、車載ソフトウェア開発のプロセスを一気通貫して実施しています。したがって、必ずあなたのやりたいことが見つかるはずです。是非一緒に交通事故のない世の中を目指していきましょう。
レーダ-、カメラ、などのコンポーネント開発や、自動ブレーキやレーンキープなどのアプリケーション開発のエンジニアを束ね、法規動向もにらみながら、自動運転や高度運転支援のシステムを構築するプロジェクトを中心となって運営していただきます。

法規動向分析と、リスクを抑えた全体最適な開発目標設定、製品企画、開発プロセスへの導き

[必須要件]
プロジェクトリーダー経験者
Jiraなどのプロジェクト管理ツールや、Excel、PowerPointといった一般的なソフトウェアの習熟
自動ブレーキやオートクルーズ等自動車の先進機能の概要知識(どのような機能か概略を言える程度)
[歓迎要件]
□大規模プロジェクトリーダー経験者
□スケジュール、予算、リソース、進捗管理を効率的に行う能力
□潜在的なリスクを特定し、適切に対応する能力
□発生する課題に柔軟かつ迅速に対応する力
□ステークホルダー、チームとの効果的な意思疎通できる力
□プロジェクトの目的、組織目標、長期的な影響を考慮しながら計画を立てる能力
□自動車の先進機能(自動ブレーキやオートクルーズ等)の動作原理やしくみの知識

750万円~1430万円
※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の給与・スキル・経験・等を考慮の上、当社規定で決定致します。【モデル年収例(残業代含まず)】・年収740万円/32歳 ・年収1250万円/45歳 ※標準労働時間8H
