支店内の人事・総務のお仕事をお願いします

慣れればルーティーン業務がメイン

自分でコントロールしながら業務を行えますよ

  • 総務事務

・備品の発注、ビル管理窓口対応、請求書発行

・会議への参加、レポート議事録の作成

・電話応対、来客対応等

  • 人事事務

・社員の勤怠管理

・健康保険の入退管理

・福利厚生の内容システム登録

・社内研修への社員データ登録

  • 職場環境

・フロア全体で50名~60名程度
