海外のM&A案件を中心にM&Aの仮説/戦略構築(上流)・M&A実行(エグゼキューション)・PMI(コンサルチームと連携)までをワンストップで提供するのがDIで手掛けるM&A。
M&Aに関わる様々な業務をお任せいたします。
- また、5年後・10年後の「柱」を創るような事業創造や成長戦略を国内大企業向けに提供するコンサルチームとも蜜に連携の上、これまでになかった新規事業の立ち上げ、成長戦略、仲間づくり(セルサイド)に関わる国内M&A案件にも携わることができます
- 特徴/業界/業務内容
- 業界を限定しない「業界横断型」であり、特にASEAN地域の案件を数多く担当することになります(海外出張あり)。各社の大きな戦略の中で、欧州、北米、ラ米などの案件の仕込みなども手伝うこともあります
- 日々の海外FAとのコミュニケーションを通じ、グローバル、アジア、国内企業の動き、ニーズにも触れることが出来、「社会を変える 事業を創る」M&Aを担うことになります
- 採用ポジションによりますが、ソーシング~提案作成~エグゼキューション(マネプレ・DD対応、簡易バリュエーション、契約交渉の支援、クロージングまで)~PMIに関する業務全般を幅広く経験することになります

- 個別の専門知識より、お客様を最初~最後までサポートし、多くの関係者、ステークホルダーの意向を調整するプロマネ力が試され、これまでの知識、経験を活かしつつ、最後までやりきる力が試されます
- 「挑戦」、「枠を超える」ことを応援する会社全体の雰囲気の中、 個別企業の戦略課題の抽出、事業力/財務内容/事業価値の評価、デューデリジェンス(DD)、契約交渉、等々とを様々な業務を通じ、DIのFAチームならではのキャリア形成が出来ます (ビジネスプロデュース(BP)として入社後、マネジャー、シニアマネジャー、執行役員とキャリアを歩んでいきます)
