M&Aに関わる様々な業務をお任せいたします。
海外のM&A案件を中心にM&Aの仮説/戦略構築(上流)・M&A実行(エグゼキューション)・PMI(コンサルチームと連携)までをワンストップで提供するのが同社の特徴です。
【職務詳細】
業界を限定しない「業界横断型」であり、特にASEAN地域の案件を数多く担当することになります(海外出張あり)。
各社の大きな戦略の中で、欧州、北米、ラ米などの案件の仕込みなども手伝うこともあります。
日々の海外FAとのコミュニケーションを通じ、グローバル、アジア、国内企業の動き、ニーズにも触れることが出来、「社会を変える 事業を創る」M&Aを担うことになります。
採用ポジションによりますが、ソーシング~提案作成~エグゼキューション(マネプレ・DD対応、簡易バリュエーション、契約交渉の支援、クロージングまで)~PMIに関する業務全般を幅広く経験することになります。

・英語ビジネスレベル
下記いずれかのご経験がある方
・金融機関やコンサルなどにおけるM&Aの実務、FA業務のご経験
・商社や事業会社におけるM&A関連業務、実務のご経験
・業界調査や企業分析のご経験、得意な方(投資銀行やPEファンドのアナリスト等
【給与】
年収:600万~1200万程度
月給制:月額250000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
