概要・業務内容


【仕事内容】

戸建分譲住宅販売のベースとなる建設用地の仕入れ営業にて下記の業務をご担当いただきます。

【具体的には】

・土地情報収集・現地調査・事業計画立案・用地取得交渉・契約

  • 戸建て住宅用の土地情報収集:不動産業者様などからの土地情報や、現地を見て回る中で優良土地物件に関する情報を集めます。

  • 現地調査/事業計画立案:仕入れ候補地の法規制、開発における制限、周辺環境など様々な条件を確認するとともに、コスト(解体・造成・建築等)を算出し、販売価格や利益計画などの事業計画を立案します。

  • 仕入れ交渉/契約:金額や条件の交渉、契約を行います。

有 6ヶ月(試用期間中の勤務条件:変更無)
