仕事内容:

【業務内容】

有料老人ホームにて、入居者さまが毎日を安心して過ごせるよう、負担の少ない継続型のリハビリを担当します。

立ち上がり・歩行・姿勢調整などの基本動作訓練に加え、

・転倒予防を意識した軽運動

・食事前の姿勢サポート

・ゆったりしたペースのストレッチ

など"心地よく続けられるリハ"を提供。

入居者さまの体力や生活スタイルに合わせ、無理なく日常に溶け込むメニューを作成します。

介護・看護スタッフと連携し、日々の小さな変化を共有しながら、生活の質(QOL)向上に寄り添います。

【1日のスケジュール例】

8:45 出勤・申し送り(体調・生活状況の共有)

9:00 午前リハ(個別リハ・歩行練習・軽い筋トレ)

11:30 昼食前の姿勢調整・動作サポート

12:00 休憩

13:30 午後リハ(ストレッチ・軽運動・生活動作練習)

15:00 介護スタッフと記録共有・環境確認

16:00 翌日のリハ計画作成・記録

17:30 退勤

【月給】280,000円- 基本給 150,000円- 資格手当 50,000円 調整手当 80,000円 【賞与】年2回、10,000円-50,000円(前年度実績) 【昇給】年1回 【通勤手当】実費支給(上限なし)
