本ポジションでは幅広い業務を担当しますが、主な業務は3PL監督や出荷管理です。そのため、ロジスティクス分野で成長し、ご自身の市場価値を高めることが可能です
■Operation Directorにレポート
本ポジションでは直属の上司がOperation Directorです業界経験が豊かな上司からベストプラクティスを学べる機会です♪
■週に2回の在宅勤務可能
週2回の在宅勤務とフレックス制度(コアタイム10:00 – 16:00)があるので、ワークライフバランスを獲得しやすいです♪
Responsibilities
Operations & Inventory
Support day-to-day operational activities related to product handling and distribution
Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock management aligned with business needs
Conduct regular checks to ensure stable operations and data accuracy
Coordinate with on-site teams and/or external partners
Logistics & Process Improvement
Coordinate domestic and international distribution activities and related documentation
Monitor operational status and support issue resolution
Analyze basic operational data and support efficiency and cost improvement initiatives
Participate in system-related improvement or implementation projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field
Basic understanding of inventory management and operational workflows
Experience with business systems (e.g., ERP) and spreadsheet-based analysis
Strong coordination skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
Salary
Company will consider candidates up to 6M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
