Responsibilities

【業務内容詳細】

• Prepare import documentation and data for both merchandise and non-merchandise items.

• Coordinate with customs brokers for clearance and inbound scheduling.

• Maintain and organize shipping and customs documents for audit purposes.

• Manage export operations, including CARNET ATA and TQ shipments.

• Oversee product allocation and distribution to stores.

• Provide reporting and data management support to the Merchandising (MD) team.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve departmental and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Business-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Solid understanding of import/export operations with a minimum of two years' relevant experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Results-driven and committed to achieving goals.

• Detail- and quality-oriented, demonstrating high integrity in all tasks.

• Flexible and adaptable, with strong mental agility.

• Highly motivated and eager to learn new skills and responsibilities.

Salary

Company will consider candidates up to
6M JPY
for annual salary (client may consider higher

salary based on candidate skills and experience).
