A. 昭和27年創業の三宝ゴム工業株式会社。工業用ゴム製品の製造・販売を主軸とし、自動車産業や生活・産業分野に高品質な部品を供給している安定企業です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 主に新規顧客開拓と既存顧客への提案型営業を担当。長年蓄積した自社開発のゴム材料知識を活かし、お客様のニーズに合わせた高精度部品のソリューションを提案します。

A. 技術職未経験者も歓迎。入社後に丁寧な指導を行い、豊富な成形技術や配合技術を身につけながら営業スキルを向上できます。

A. 高卒以上で普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方。理工系出身者や製造業経験者、材料・化学の基礎知識がある方は特に歓迎します。

高卒以上(理工系の学部・学科出身者歓迎)

技術職未経験者歓迎(入社後に丁寧に指導します)

普通自動車運転免許(第一種)をお持ちの方

製造業や品質管理、材料評価などの業務経験がある方

環境規制(ROHS、REACH など)への対応経験がある方

材料や化学に関する基礎知識がある方(ゴムやウレタンの知識があれば尚可)

試験機器や分析装置の使用経験がある方
