仕事内容:

日産テクニカルセンターの清掃管理のお仕事です。

※施設の総面積は30万㎡

※建屋数60棟余り

協力会社の清掃スタッフの方を管理していただくのが主な業務です。

平日は約60名程度の方が働いています。

<具体的なお仕事内容>

・清掃管理業務

・清掃の仕様及び計画立案、改善提案

・特別清掃や臨時清掃の提案

・各種申請や見積作成

・契約先との定例会資料の作成

・協力会が実施する清掃作業等の立会い

・清掃状況の確認、報告書の作成

・清掃パトロールチェック

・品質管理および清掃スタッフの教育やフォロー実施

などをお願いします。

大手企業の施設ですので、安定した働き方が実現できます。

<1日の勤務の流れ(例)>

08:30~ 出社、メール管理

09:00~ 当日の清掃作業内容確認

09:30~ 社内申請資料等の作成

11:30~ 清掃パトロールチェック

12:30~ 昼休み休憩

13:30~ 清掃パトロールチェック

15:00~ 提案資料や見積の作成等

17:30~ 退社
