部署・サービスについて
楽天グループの小売電気事業者として、一般家庭向け電力サービス「楽天でんき」と都市ガスサービス「楽天ガス」を提供しており、ユーザーに寄り添い、安心で便利かつお得な体験をお届けし、新電力No1を目指しサービスの拡大を推進しています。
サービスの特徴としては、複雑で難解だった旧来の電気料金プランを基本料金0円、使用電力量に応じた従量料金単価も1つとシンプルな設計です。電気料金に応じた楽天ポイントの付与や、ポイントでの電気料金の支払いを可能としています。
また、電気メーターのデジタル化、モバイル通信技術の発展、IoTやAIの普及により、エネルギーデータの可視化が進み、近い将来、太陽光発電や蓄電池や電気自動車といった分散型電源リソースの普及により、バーチャルパワープラント(VPP)を活用した電力需給の制御や最適化が進むことが予想される中、各世帯で生み出される電源を束ね、お客様間で相互に電力の取引が行われるような未来において、楽天グループがもつIT技術やビックデータを活用し、新しい電力プラットフォームの確立を目指します。

増員募集。2023年より事業のサービス展開を取捨選択し、個人向け×オンラインという楽天グループの強みが発揮できる点に注力し、2023年、2024年と安定して収益が伸びており、数百億円の事業規模になっています。
業務内容
ディレクターとして、自社プロダクトの成長を担っていただきます。
具体的には、
・顧客満足度向上の為、企画立案と実行
(分析、係数管理、顧客ロイヤリティ管理など)
・開発チームとの連携(
進捗状況の確認、開発優先順位の判断)
・各プロジェクトの管理
(論点整理、タスク管理、スケジュール管理)
・やりがい・魅力
企画からリリースまで一貫してプロジェクトに携わることが可能です。
Business、Creative、Technologyの3軸で業務経験を積むことができ、未経験だった業務領域にもプロダクト責任者として携わり、成長することができる環境です。
関係するステークホルダーは、システム、デザイナー、カスタマーセンター等と多岐にわたるため、多種多様な視点が学べるポジションとなります。

全員が中途採用で、エネルギー業界未経験者も活躍しています。
必須要件:
・IT業界経験5年以上(営業、エンジニア、マーケなど職種不問)
