<業務内容>

  • コンサルティング事業(メイン)

入札案件・公募事業、ならびに民間企業向けコンサルティング事業に関わる業務を、企画から運営まで一貫して担当していただきます。

・営業・コミュニケーション

・官公庁・自治体・関連団体との折衝・調整

・民間企業への提案・関係構築

・企画・提案

・事業企画立案

・提案書・説明資料の作成

・プロジェクト設計・スケジュール構築

・運営・プロジェクトマネジメント

・採択後の事業遂行・全体管理

・各種資料作成・進行管理

・関係者・パートナーとの調整業務

・研修・ワークショップ・ツアー等の企画・実施

・モニターツアー等への同行・運営サポート

・コンサルティング業務(専門知識習得後)

・サステナブルツーリズムやインバウンド分野での講演・研修登壇

・クライアントへのアドバイザーとしての活動

  • インバウンド事業

・インバウンド向け旅行・体験プログラムの企画・手配

・関係事業者・地域との連携・調整

  • その他

<必須要件>

・日本語:ビジネス上級レベル(日本語で論理的に物事を説明し、資料に落とし込めるレベル)

・英語:ビジネスレベル(英語でディスカッションが可能なレベル)

・基本的なPCスキル(Googleワークスペース / Microsoftのツール / Canva / Slack, ChatGPT 等)

<歓迎要件>

・官公庁・自治体等の行政案件における企画書作成・事業運営経験

・サステナブルツーリズム関連事業の遂行経験、または研修・講座受講経験

・旅行業界での実務経験(企画、手配、運営等)
