仕事内容:
住宅やビルに使用される*複層ガラス(ペアガラスなど)*の製造に関わる、ガラスの加工、組立て、および熱処理工程を担当する業務です。
具体的な作業内容
複層ガラスの製造・組立て
複数のガラス板の間に空気層や特殊なガス層を設け、断熱性や遮熱性を高めた複層ガラスを組み立てる作業です。
ガラス板の間にスペーサー(間隔を保つ部材)をセットしたり、外周をシール材で密封したりします。
ガラスを扱うため、慎重な作業が求められます。
ガラスカット
大きなガラス板を、製品のサイズに合わせて専用の機械で正確に切断(カット)します。
機械にガラス板をセットし、設定を確認して操作するマシンオペレーター業務が中心です。
熱処理
ガラスの強度を高めるための*熱処理(強化加工)*工程を担当します。
ガラスを高温の炉(オーブン)に出し入れする作業や、温度管理の監視を行います。
この工程があるため、作業環境は一年中暑くなることがあります。
運搬・その他
加工されたガラス板や完成品を、次の工程や保管場所へ運搬します。ガラスは重く、割れやすいため、体力が必要であり、慎重な取り扱いが求められます。
