【業務内容】
- 各メニューのプランニングや原価等への参加
- 標準のレシピの作成
- 新しいメニューの開発し、ホテルレストランの基準を維持する
- スペシャルイベントやイベント運営の補佐
- キッチンの衛生管理や清掃
- チーム内従業員のトレーニング
- エグゼクティブ・シェフと協力し人員管理、シフト管理に努める
- エグゼクティブ・シェフと協力し、予算を作成、管理する
ANA InterContinental Tokyo is seeking a Western Cuisine Chef.
With 12 restaurants and bars within the hotel, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of kitchens — from our buffet-style all-day dining venue and the entertaining Le Petit Chef, to The Steakhouse, renowned for its premium cuts and lively atmosphere.
Our internationally inspired restaurants offer diverse, multinational cuisine and provide an exciting and dynamic working environment. In addition, some of our venues regularly feature regional cuisine promotions, allowing you to make full use of your international experience and background.

【DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES】
• Participate in the planning and costing of menus
• Develop and write standard recipes
• Develop new dishes and products
• Ensure that outstanding culinary technical skills are maintained
• Assist with organizing special events and special food promotions
• Maintain a hygienic kitchen
• Maintain personal hygiene
• Supervise and Training of assigned employees
• Works with Executive Chef in manpower planning and management needs
• Works with Executive Chef in the preparation and management of the Department's budget
