CMOSイメージセンサーを制御するCMOSロジックデバイスの開発を担当して頂きます。
【具体的な職務内容】
■先端ロジックプロセスの選定
■新規デバイス開発
■TEG開発、デバイス検証
■開発した技術の製品展開
※社内チーム、国内外の委託企業と連携して開発します。
※最初は既存プロジェクトに3カ月~1年程かかわっていただき、OJTを行いながらキャッチアップ頂きます。
※将来的には、技術や開発全体の方向性のリーディングも期待しています。
【想定ポジション】
10~20人ほどのチームの中での担当者、リーダーを募集しています。 まずは、以下の業務のいずれかからjoinしていただく予定です。
■先端Logicプロセスの選定
■新規デバイス開発
■TEG開発、デバイス検証
■開発した技術の製品展開 先行技術開発段階では数10名規模ですが、商品化段階では数100名規模のプロジェクトに関わります。

【必須要件】
■英語力(論文/特許調査を要する技術開発を含むため、英語の読解能力)
※下記いずれかのご経験※
■半導体に関する知識、経験(デバイス開発、プロセス開発、回路設計、評価のいずれかのご経験)
■電気電子工学や、半導体物性などの技術、知識(大学時代の研究経験でも可)
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 1150 万円
■賞与:年2回支給(6月、12月)
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
