瀬戸内を望む最上階で、お客様の期待を超える鉄板焼き調理を実践します。
【主な業務内容】
調理技術:ステーキ、シーフード、和洋のメニューを鉄板で調理し、目の前でのパフォーマンス調理を実施 接客連携:調理の合間にお客様とのコミュニケーションを図り、満足度の高い食事体験を提供 準備・後片付け:厨房での仕込み、調理器具の管理、衛生管理を実施
【1日の流れ】 営業準備→仕込み調理→お客様対応・テーブルサイド調理→後片付け・翌日準備

勤務時間・曜日:
【勤務曜日】 シフト制で、勤務表によって異なります。月8回の休日があります。
【勤務時間】 ①11:00~19:40(所定労働時間8時間40分) ②12:00~20:40(所定労働時間8時間40分) いずれのシフトかは勤務表により決定されます。
【休憩】 各シフト共に60分の休憩時間が設けられています。

■休暇制度:有給休暇は6ヶ月経過後に年10日付与(取得実績あり)。産休育休休暇・介護休暇も完備

■給与 月額240,000円(残業代込み・月平均残業30時間以内)で、安定した生活基盤を確保。
■年収実績 月給240,000円×12ヶ月+賞与4ヶ月分=年収約3,360,000円(賞与含む)
■福利厚生 社会保険完備、退職金制度、財形貯蓄制度を整備。各種手当として、食事手当月2,200円、交通費支給(上限31,350万円)、家族手当月3,000円~10,000円、住宅手当月30,000円または月50,000円を支給します。
