仕事内容:
【業務内容】
・中小企業や個人事業主、店舗営業を行う企業に対しホームページ制作の提案営業を担当
・電話で訪問アポイントを取得し、ヒアリングや事前調査を行い最適な提案を準備
・クライアント先で商談を行い、システムや料金形態の説明を経て契約を獲得
【研修・サポート体制】
・ビジネスマナーや会社ルール、新人営業研修など充実した研修制度あり
・未経験者も安心してスタート可能で、トークスクリプトの練習も実施
・営業同行や現場研修を通じて段階的に成長を支援

勤務時間・曜日:
9:45-19:00(実働7時間30分)、完全週休2日制(土日)、祝日、GW、夏期休暇、冬期休暇、年間休日125日

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥32,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
インセンティブ、報奨金、昇給昇格年4回、社会保険完備、交通費支給(月3万円まで)、喫煙スペースあり
