お仕事内容

自治体が実施する「デジタル商品券事業(PayPay・d払いのような仕組み)」の

事務局運営を、社内システム面から支えるお仕事です。

複数案件が同時進行する環境で、

業務環境整備・改善・スタッフサポートを担っていただきます。

【具体的には…】

・Salesforce Service Cloud等を活用した業務環境の整備

・PC・周辺機器のセットアップ、初期設定(ユーザー登録など)

・新しいシステムをマニュアル・実操作で理解し、運用へ落とし込み

・業務の非効率・課題点を論理的に分析し、改善を推進

・導入時の影響範囲・リスクを考慮した改善提案

・スタッフ・部下の教育、業務フォロー

・情報管理・コンプライアンスの周知徹底

※自分のサポートによって「周囲の業務負荷を減らす」役割です

※マルチタスクが得意な方に向いています

※常に改善意識を持ち、主体的に動ける方を歓迎します

新規立ち上げBPO事業部にて、自治体事務局運営を支えるサブマネージャー職。

業務環境の整備や改善、スタッフ育成まで関われるため、

"実務+マネジメント補佐"の両方を経験できます。

【IT業界未経験でも、興味があればOK】

PayPayやd払いのような身近なデジタルサービスを扱うため、

専門知識がなくても理解しやすい業務内容。

マニュアルや実操作を通じて、実務ベースでITスキルが身につきます。

資格


・システム関連業務経験必須(半年以上)

・IT業界未経験でも、IT分野に関心がある方歓迎

・ITパスポートなど、資格取得・スキルアップに興味のある方

勤務時間


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり168時間

・勤務曜日:月・火・水・木・金

・勤務時間:

月給 25万円~30万円

(一律手当を含む)
