Job Description
- Be responsible for promoting AWS adoption and continuous expansion of usage for enterprise customers, contributing to revenue and market share growth by strategically developing and maintaining relationships with executive and business leaders to discover new business potentials and drive AWS adoption. - Showcase the attractiveness and value of Amazon Web Services based on the business challenges of assigned customers, while also learning and proposing cutting-edge solutions including AI. - Experience a unique position where you can gain new experiences and share the joy of success with customers, achieving a high sense of accomplishment. - Be a proactive thinker, execute with speed, and fearlessly move forward without fearing failure, let's create history in Japan's cloud computing market together.Key Responsibilities
- Expand revenue and gain market share in the territory. - Develop and continuously evaluate sales strategy plans. - Promote the value of AWS keeping in mind the customers' business models and challenges, generating projects. - Drive early adoption of AWS by collaborating with engineers and partner companies. - Create reusable content such as AWS usage cases and architecture examples, actively utilizing and sharing them.A Day in the Life
- Lead sales activities for key customers in Western Japan as an Account Manager. - Collaborate with internal departments like Solution Architects and partners to propose optimal solutions. - Aim to provide best practices to customers beyond the Kansai region. - Actively incorporate an efficient communication style using web conferencing systems for customer and internal activities.About the Team
- Activities are geared towards supporting the transformation of major manufacturing customers in Kansai, consciously contributing to their business and supporting cross-industry transformation. - Team members, with diverse backgrounds, actively share knowledge and activities, leveraging each other's strengths to maximize team performance. - The team includes experienced members who actively support new members. Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate sales experience in the IT industry, including customer-facing experience such as Account SE. - Strategic planning and execution skills to achieve goals.Preferred Qualifications
- Basic English language skills (reading and writing). - Candidates with presales or engineering experience are welcome. - Must be a team player. - Enthusiasm for working with new technologies and services. - Ability to perform tasks with leadership.
