【仕事内容】
まずはシンプルな事務業務からスタートし、徐々にステップアップできる環境です。
- 面接日程の調整(メール・専用システム使用)
- 応募者情報の入力・進捗管理
- 求人票の作成サポート
- 面接当日のアテンド、来客対応
- 人事担当の庶務・サポート業務
最初は「日程調整」「データ入力」などからお任せ。
慣れてきたら、求人作成や改善提案など、採用全体に携われるチャンスもあります。
