Description

We are looking for a skilled individual to join MTU Japan team in Osaka. As part of Rolls-Royce Power Systems, you will take on the role of overseeing the Technical Service department within our Aftersales Department. Your responsibilities will include managing all Technical Service activities, Service Sales, Customer Support, Technical Training, and Warranty Claim Procedure (TOGA).

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supervision of the Technical Service team's daily operations under the Aftersales Department to ensure adherence to group and company policies.
  • Handling and managing warranty claim activities accurately and promptly, following the Product Support Policy Manual (PSPM).
  • Promoting and selling services and MTU products, achieving service sales revenue and profit targets.
  • Overseeing aftersales activities of Service Partners to meet company objectives.
  • Monitoring cost and profit calculation for service activities, ensuring project implementation stays on track.
  • Providing support on global technical service projects related to RRPS and its subsidiaries.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role for aftersales of industrial products.
  • Sales network management experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese and English.
  • Self-motivated with strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally (up to 30%).
